The whole staff is very friendly was so loving toward our dog. Very thorough with the exam and explaining their findings and recommendations. Dr Seitz is very knowledgeable and spent time to explain and answer questions. They seem to really love their job and helping animals. Would highly recommend

My dog was having some GI issues, so I called the clinic. Denise, who answered the phone, was able to offer me several same day appointments. The clinic was running a little behind, but the staff kept me aware of what was happening. Drea, the nurse, was as always, both caring and friendly. Dr Seitz knows my dog and knows how to handle her without increasing both our anxiety. I left the clinic knowing my concerns were heard and addressed.

My appointment was canceled three separate times, which was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. What made the experience worse was the lack of professionalism from the front desk. Instead of providing helpful information or working toward a solution, I was talked over and dismissed. The staff seemed more interested in explaining away the issue than listening to my concerns.
