Fair prices and reasonable turnaround between Rx order and fulfillment. Friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate staff. They also send reminders for Rx refills!
This Pharmacy saved the life of my greyhound by quickly compounding the medication at a very fare price and sent it over nightl. They worked with my various vets and were very sympathetic, personable and got it right the first time. If I had gone with one of our local pharmacies, I could not have had it so quickly and it would have cost way too much. They are fantastic.
The technician was more than happy to take the time to go over different pricing options for multiple medications for my pup. Always so pleasant to work with and with great pricing.
My dog Emma looks forward to her trips to the Pharmacy! They are very efficient, friendly and professional to deal with. They always have the medication ready for me to pickup. When I don't take Emma with me they always ask about her and if she is doing OK. It's about a 22 mile roundtrip for us but gets us out of the house!!
Absolutely recommend! I used PHP for the first time just a few weeks ago and they are great to work with. Our usual online pharmacy is in the process of a move so we are unable to send prescription at this time. After looking around I found PHP and proceeded to inquire about their process. It was easy, quick and very reasonable. Thank you PHP for great, prompt correspondence and wonderful experience!
The telephone customer service is great. However in person it's a different story. Very cold and nonchalant.
