I cannot express enough gratitude to Pet Headquarters Veterinary Hospital for the incredible care they provided to our family dog. I recently visited Pet Headquarters for my baby Toby, and I wanted to share my experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The receptionists greeted us with kindness and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. Booked a deep dental cleaning and FAVN rabies certification. Showed up and they said dental cleaning machine was broken (didn’t contact us) and the FAVN test would be more than 2x what they quoted us on the phone. Then, wouldn’t release our dogs until we paid them an exam fee even though they didn’t do either service we brought them for. Never coming back
Dr. Ghuman and his staff were awesome. Had to bring in my Yorkie for a pain issue. They fully explained everything they were doing and I didn’t feel like they were trying to push anything that wasn’t needed. They also have followed up a few times to make sure his condition has improved. Thank you!!
