Absolutely dope! We brought our cat on short notice on a friday evening and they took him in. Cat was literally on his death bed and within 5 days he's back and rolling. He was severely dehydrated and had thyroid issues. Thank you all!
I felt pressured into expensive treatments and medications when I was vulnerable/emotional about my pet. When I got home, I realized some of the treatments and meds were not necessary. I do not recommend this place. I went to a different place 4 days later, as my pet was still not doing well, and my bill was a third of the cost. This vet validated how I felt by stating my pet did not need all that was done and given. I stopped the meds and followed this vet's advice and my pet is doing much better.
Love this place. My lab has been going here the last five years. He had to have his tail removed and the doctors are so competent and friendly! Much more than just an emergency vet, pet headquarters is my fur baby’s vet . 🥹 thank you from Yogi
I felt the care our dog got at this facility was good. Unfortunately, our dog had possibly ingested a foxtail up it's nose. Once the "procedure" needed was explained (scope in the nasal canal)...the cost went through the roof. Medication/anesthesia prices were really jacked up...along with new "procedure" charges. We have mixed emotions about our visit here...
We had an excellent experience with this team from start to finish. Having a dog go through surgery is stressful, but they made the entire process feel organized, compassionate, and professional. The staff took time to explain the procedure clearly, answered all of our questions, and kept us updated throughout. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals they treat.
