The only reason I'm giving any stars at all is because the first women who helped us when we brought in our cat first thing in the morning was so sweet and caring. I wish I had gotten her name. We paid to get our cat cremated and paid extra to have his remains put in a nice wooden box. We were told we would get a nose print and paw print along with some fur clippings in a bag. Samantha was so helpful and accommodating the day that our beloved furbaby unexpectedly crossed the rainbow bridge. She was incredibly kind and wonderful to work with during a less than ideal situation. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for caring for our boy.
