Samantha was so helpful and accommodating the day that our beloved furbaby unexpectedly crossed the rainbow bridge. She was incredibly kind and wonderful to work with during a less than ideal situation. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for caring for our boy.

I cant thank the staff enough for being there for me during a really hard time in my life. I lost my fur baby Redo this past Sunday (1/15/23) and Kathy was right there to help me with everything. The office was closed and it was later in the afternoon but she responded immediately and was happy to meet me at the office to discuss the cremation of my sweet boy. I highly recommend Pet Haven. They did a beautiful job with my dog who passed last year. Very professional. I recently visited again with a friend who lost her dog. I met Brandy Stark personally. She is so sweet and compassionate. She was amazing with my heart broken friend and helped her greatly thru the tough process. I would never go elsewhere. Thank you Brandy for being so thoughtful 😊
