I Love This Place!!! These guys are amazing! I have a special needs pet, and they always make time for me when something happens. As for the rude comment, its all in the approach.... I have heard of others who were rude saying they didnt like the place, but as for me... I see this as a partnership between us for my baby's best interests! These people bend over backwards to help us!
WARNING!!!!!! Warning!!!! Awful, rude, unfriendly staff. This vet will withhold treatment from one pet if her specific instructions on OTHER pets are not followed exactly and will try to talk you into expensive, unnecessary treatments.
True Animal Care Pet Haven is the first vet I ever took my very first bunny too. It is hard to find a good vet as it is, especially a vet who treats exotic animals. Dr. Munion was always very kind and the staff would always follow up with a phone call after visits. They treated my bunny like she was one of their own.
KIndness Lives Pet Haven Animal Hospital has a staff of kind concerned people. This place is in business because they love animals. Dr. Munion has a kind, intelligent approach and always puts the pets best interest first. It's rare to find a vet that takes the time to speak with you on the phone and will wait late until you can get there. Their Saturday hours help make appointmant more manageable.
