We have had a terrible experience. Groomer did not shave our dog like she was supposed to. She only shampooed. So she said she would give a free hair cut/grooming to make it right. We did miss our appointment and forgot all about it. I saw her at the veterinarian hospital after remmie got his shots shortly after. She then told me to reschedule and made it clear she was not very happy. We rescheduled for a later date she said she was busy for at least a month out so this is a month and a half later.
