By far the best customer service I have ever received at a pet store! The employees spent a great amount of time helping me find what i was looking for. If the collar I found doesn't work for our puppy they will take it back no questions asked! Thanks again you guys are great!

Thank you to the staff at the S. Burlington location for helping me with dog meal suggestions! We have a rescue who needs to gain some weight, and their suggestion/explanation of using raw goats milk with his food is working out wonderfully. Everyone there is always super helpful!

Pet Food Warehouse and their staff are amazingly knowledgeable, and caring toward all pet owners and animals. We have shopped with them since 2002, and have never found a better place for all our pet care needs at High Country Newfoundlands.

Stopped in today to start getting supplies for my new puppy who is coming home soon, and received excellent customer service. The staff was very knowledgable and took time to go over the new dog info packet with me, and orient me to where things were in the store. Thanks again PFW for great service!
My 8 month old puppy has decided he doesn't like his food anymore. My trip to pet food warehouse to find him new food was beyond successful, thank you to the wonderfully helpful and pleasant staff!! I left with an armful of products and wealth of knowledge from all the stories and information they shared with me. My puppy LOVES his new food and we are so happy to see him eating like he should again!! THANK YOU PET FOOD WAREHOUSE!! :) :)
