I would give zero stars if I could. I live 2 blocks away from this store. Every time I go in my card gets declined but the workers/managers take no accountability and don’t even apologize. My card works everywhere else. Unbelievably horrible customer service. I even called my bank to make sure I’m not losing my mind and they said my card is fine. This is a great little pet store. They seem to focus on providing more quality products. You see it reflected in their prices, but they are still fair as they have a lot of deals all the time, like buy 3 of a type of product, like a food, get the 4th one free. Their staff are always really kind and helpful. This is a weird other storefront someone set up, but it’s not the right storefront that has MANY other reviews and a 4.6 star rating.

I really like just food for dogs as a product to feed my animals. I find this dog food highly recommendable. both my previous dog and my current dog have enjoyed. JFD is only getting three stars solely for being inside pet food express. Pet Food Express many years ago was a place that I wholeheartedly wanted to support and shop. these days it seems pet food express has gone from a charming small chain company to being in cahoots with Amazon. I’m not going back there, ever ! The security person is the rudest. PetSmart just easily won a new customer.
