We stopped by Pet Food Express on Diablo Avenue looking for a specific dog food for our finicky puppy, and while we couldn’t find it on the shelves after a few minutes of searching, the experience turned out to be a great one. A friendly gentleman who had warmly greeted us at the door immediately came over to help, checked the racks himself, and confirmed it was out of stock.
