Best Customer Service on The Peninsula Pet Food Express isn't the cheapest but they have the BEST customer service and very knowledgeable staff. They have given me recommendations for food that was cheaper but higher quality than what I had been feeding my chow chow since she was a puppy. As a result of the food change she has the most beautiful and healthy coat and always smells really good. My dog loves this place. People that love animals. That is what this place offers. This place offers the same supplies that other pet store have, but the staff is what sets this place apart. They can help you with your animals needs and are always willing to go out of their way to accommodate you. They have a built in shower room for your animals, and offer Doggy Training courses on the weekends.
Excellent customer service. I've had very good experiences with Pet Food Express. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They suggested a coat formula to mix in my golden retriever's dry food. She has a shiny, smooth coat and everyone is giving her compliments. They say she is the softest golden they have ever pet. They have great doggie cookies too! I just find that they don't have a vast selection of toys like Petco, but I'll take service over a large product selection.
Today I took my dog, Barron, into the store to pick our a toy and to buy some treats. One of the employees recognized Barron because we always take him there for his bath. I told him that this was Barron's last visit. Barron's cancer is back and he's got a few more days left... maybe.
