Adopted two kittens June 2023, both had already been "fixed". They said they weren't able to find the second ovary in the female and if she started exhibiting signs of going into heat, to contact them. She started going into heat six months later. Call them up and they sounded surprised but accepted the cat back for a second spay surgery. The cat has continued to go into heat since then.
Have had my appointment cancelled for my dog to get spayed 3 times and days before surgery and then had to rebook months out just it to be cancelled again due to a doctor not being available that day. Just received a call today cancelling again and they hung up as soon as they told me before I could respond. Super disappointed and hate to be leaving this review cause I do support to humane society but frustrated with this department and the lack of management.
First time here and in and out within 10 min. we just had yearly vax's and received the documents through email the next morning. Cost wasn't bad compared to vet clinics in the area. Would recommend and return.
Arrived at 7:57, my cat was checked in and I left within 10 minutes. Received an email a little before 3 p.m. with postop instructions and how his surgery went. Picked him up at 3. All of the instructions were made very clear, and he had pain meds for two days! I can't thank the staff enough for how organized and efficient the process was!!! You guys are amazing! Oliver is doing well!❤️
