Was not as helpful as I had hoped. I paid $25.00 but no-one came out to express more information as a good pet doctor would. Vast difference from up north. I had to insist to get some type of help for my cat-daughter's eyes, not to mention I drove over an hour to get there. On a more positive note, Brianna has awesome customer service. As for the manager, Michelle who I spoke to, it would be fitting to put a bit more effort on good phone etiquette. A non-chalant spirit spells just that. They always take care of my kitten. Always professional and friendly. Also is a life saver for someone on a budget, because they offer low cost vaccines.
Reliable for basic shots and records and I've never had to wait long at all- even for the spay surgery. Appreciate you guys for all the hard work!
Great and fast services but god are they awful about picking up the phones and returning voicemails. I can get ahold of the queen of England faster than I can get in contact with someone from this place.
