Their betta fish are in horrible conditions, their store is junky, there are always dead rodents and small pets, their bird cages are overstocked, and their birds are overpriced and unhealthy. I highly recommend not shopping here.

I have always trusted them to supply very high quality animals for decades. Great variety of animals in store and very informed educated staff. Always willing to answer any question you may have and will do what ever they can to help you find what you need. The store is very welcoming and inviting to people of all kinds. Jordan has waited a LONG time for this sweet baby. This is Nessie, our green cheek conure. She is so loved and spoiled. Josh Wolschleger is her favorite....lol She spends time playing in his beard and taking naps cuddled up in his neck. We never thought we would be “bird” people, but she has stolen all of our hearts! Allow customers to pay for puppies over the phone so that they are not sold to another customer just because they live farther away. You broke hearts today. Shame on you.
