My old lady Winnie had been diagnosed with kidney disease and she went downhill fast. They stabilized her so I could spend one more night saying goodbye. Everyone was kind and compassionate. They communicated all my options.
Lisa and Dr. Massey of CVCA were both very nice and patient with us. Facilities are clean and modern. I would recommend use of Pet ER and the affiliated businesses there to anyone considering using them.
The Veterinary Doctor on duty that night explained, in easily understandable terms, her diagnosis and prognosis for my cat. Predicated on what she explained to me and her treatment instructions, the outcome of my cat is positive. She definitely exhibit empathetic understanding of the situation and considered several factors including cost. I truly appreciate how she handled my case, again, the outcome was as she predicted. Thanks for that.
You can truly tell how much the staff cares. We were certainly not an urgent patient but it was late on Friday night. I don't know how many doctors were on staff but I saw 6 urgent cases with sad endings and when it was our turn, the doctor was not rushed and gave us her full attention. She listened to me and did not push for extra tests, etc. We all hope no one has to be there but if you are, the staff is there to support you and your furry friend.
Forever grateful to Pet+E.R. Each staff member was professional, fast, and compassionate. They went above and beyond to get me and my cat through our emergency and goodbye in a humane way. What could have been traumatic elsewhere was instead nurturing and will be remembered with kindness.
