I have been taking my dog for 14 years to Pet Envy, this week her normal groomer is on a LOA but I thought it would be okay. I was wrong there, it took 4 1/2 hours and I then noticed that they had shaved off the cyst she had and didn’t say anything. I called next day and the receptionist remembered me telling her about it to be careful so she went and asked groomer who remembered me telling them and denied having cut it off!!! I’m beyond angry; how dare Pet Envy hurt my Service Dog and cut her ear so deep and wide it’s shaped in a V and 1/2 inch deep!!!😡 I got a phone call to inform me what had happened but they made it sound like it was just a little cut. The hell it is not!!! Oh my gawd!
