Wow! – This is quite simply the best animal emergency clinic I have ever been to (and have had my share of pet emergencies). We have been there on 3 seperate occasions and know the great care is not a fluke. Most recently our dog got into snail bait and we saw Dr. Cox who immediately set us at ease with her friendly disposition competant medical skills. We feel very fortunate to have access to such a a great fascility so close to our house. I am a teacher and give this hospital an A+ and a gold star!
Consistantly great care – This hospital is wonderful. Everyone is very caring. I knew I was leaving my dog in good hands. The hospital is located conveniently off the Freeway and was easy to get to from Alameda at night. If you have an emergency, this is the place to go.
Great empathetic care for you and your pet! – We've had to take both our dogs to Pet Emergency clinic. The staff was kind, gentle, and empathetic. We think the world of this clinic and its medical team.
They are Great! – We had an emergency with our cat and where helped by wonderful, caring, knowledgeable people. Everyone was great. I hope you don't have an emergency but if you do, this is the place to go!
