These people are just trying to take your money!!! Called to see if my puppy needed to come in due to eating something she shouldn’t have and the receptionist put me on hold to ask the vet if she needed to come in, and the response was that she should get checked out just to make sure nothing was wrong. They required payment of almost $200 upfront before even seeing my pet and then had multiple people come in to talk to my girlfriend separately which seemed to be more of a visit than a necessity. Gave them around 5000 bucks to have my dog there overnight with medical care. Not even a full night. Just to have to put my sweet girl down. At least the staff were nice.
I feel this place is all about the money. I realize they don't work for free. But my dog was in critical condition and yes they took him in the back right away. But the woman at the front desk was cold. I was in a panic over my dog. She was we can't help you without a 9 hundred dollar deposit. How about some compassion.
Thank you for saving my baby’s life!! The staff here is so nice, and they got my cat through emergency surgery very quickly. Yes people, the emergency vet is expensive. That’s because you’re paying for a SPECIALIZED and LIFE SAVING service that is AFTER HOURS. These staff have one of the hardest jobs in the world, and to be so kind, patient and helpful despite that does not go unnoticed.
My friend took her dog here and had a traumatic experience and the staff is so unprofessional.
