After 17 years with my beloved cat, I recently had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to her. I brought her to this emergency vet during an incredibly difficult and emotional time, and I will be forever grateful for the compassion and kindness they showed us. From the moment we arrived, everyone was gentle, patient, understanding, and incredibly caring. They treated my cat with dignity and tenderness, and they treated me with the same compassion. Having to say goodbye to a pet who has been part of your family ... read more
My two 9 month old puppies got into clove oil , it wasn’t looking good and I couldn’t afford to admit them into the hospital so the people at the emergency clinic gave me great instructions to take care of them at home ! If I could give this place a negative score, it would be -5 stars. About 4 years ago, I took a cat who had ingested essential oils. The vet who treated her was so incompetent he didn't even know that essential oil are deadly for cats. He wouldn't even Google it! My cat died. If you Love your animal, drive to the Valley in an emergency.
