Terrible place. The goal is wonderful and the people working the desks and phones are terrific and doing their best. The issue is exploitation. This is supposed to be a service available as an emergency. Instead of helping people care for their pets, the person owning this company is charging almost triple what a standard vet charges. With no time estimates, no information given. Almost an entire day spent waiting - and I have not even been told if my pet is okay. I don’t want to be angry with the folks working here. They co... read more

I brought my dog to this emergency clinic due to mobility issues and vomiting after being advised by my regular veterinarian to seek emergency care if her condition worsened. I understand emergency hospitals are busy and that critical patients must be prioritized, so I expected a wait. However, after triage, my dog remained in the back for approximately four hours with very little communication or updates. When the veterinarian finally came to speak with me, I was told that my dog’s vitals looked good and that nothing obviou... read more

Do not take your pet here. We waited over 3 hours for an xray result. I hate to question it, but there is a chance my dog would have survived if I would have taken him to the emergency clinic in the valley. These morons dont care about your pet. After 12 hours and only talking to the vet twice I had to make the choice to put my dog down. 11 of the hours were waiting for the xray, blood test, and "for the meds to start working". DO NOT GO HERE. GO TO THE PLACE IN THE VALLEY. Edit: we also paid $1800.00 for our dog to just die... read more

So after having a horrible experience at the pet emergency clinic out in the valley me and my daughter took panther to the pet emergency clinic on Ruby and Mission what a difference I explained our story of what happened and they worked with me and took panthers stitches out. The whole staff were kind and helpful. Big difference in there way of treating people. Respectful and went out of there way to make sure panthers needs were met. So if you need help with your pets go there . They are wonderful people

Unethical! My son brought his dog in after being in a dog fight. He was honest about having $1500 to spend. They started guilt tripping my son “well we advise 2 overnight stays immediately- if she survived we will do an ultrasound… only $3,000 deposit” despite being told $1500 was the max. Their response? Well you could euthanize her or surrender and a vet tech will take on financial responsibility and will own her outright” Yup! They tried to steal my son’s dog because he only has $1500. My son asked for an ultrasound to se... read more
