Do not take your pet here! The staff os not knowledgeable or worried about taking care of your animal. Brought my dog in who was very sick and they did unnecessary and expensive tests and they even admitted they knew she didn’t have what they were testing for. Ultimately sent us home with an unsure diagnosis, she continued to get sick and when I called back they had no answers other than I could bring her back to be hospitalized but they weren’t sure what they could do. We had an appointment with Dr Whitney Nelson in internal medicine in January 2021. I was encouraged to get a fresh perspective for my dog who has had recurring UTI’s and elevated liver enzymes for over a year. This trip was to bring in a specialist and try to figure out why this is happening, stop the antibiotics, prevent UTI’s going forward and resolve the elevated liver enzymes.
