From the time we arrived until my sweet pup was being discharged, everyone (and I mean everyone) was kind, compassionate, personable, empathetic and gave the most amazing care. Although I hope to never need their services again, this is the only place I would ever want her to be treated. Absolutely amazing experience. Thank you for getting Luna back to health! She sends wags and kisses

Saturday night visit with my cat who was having problems breathing. They immediately took him back and diagnosed. Staff was helpful and friendly. Well staffed for a Saturday night ER. The doctor was thorough and my boy was back home within the next hour feeling much better.

I can’t thank the team at PERC enough. From the administrative staff to the nurses and doctors, everyone was incredibly kind and caring to me and my dog. They took the time to walk me through each step of the treatment process, which gave me so much peace of mind. I’m truly grateful for their compassion and professionalism. A special thanks to Dr. Toth for all she did for us!
