Waited an hour and half for a minor injury that my dog had. Told on the phone to come in as there were several vets working. I understand how emergency vets work but this place is a joke. Hire more staff or be honest with potential customers. We walked out and will go to the emergency vet at Jindalee next time. I'd recommend everyone do the same.
Long wait. Try their best to hospitalise the animal as opposed to treating immediately. Fee generator. Refused to give a pet any pain medication only wanted to admit.
Absolutely disgusting “service”! Went there on a Sunday afternoon after our Golden retriever suffered an awful seizure ,honestly thought she was having a stroke and was dying. Arrive at this place, only to be told that our dog would need to see an “emergency vet”, take a seat it shouldn’t be too long..
