I have been to this vet a few times and they have done a wonderful job but yesterday im not sure what happened. My fur baby was taken there in the afternoon clearly showing signs of pain, only to be given a probiotic medication and sent on his way. I returned later in the night because my fur baby was still in pain and vomiting only for a nurse to check his teeth and disappear. I heard nothing more from anyone. Staff friendly and comforting throughout the passing of our cat.
The staff here were so kind, well-informed and considerate. They immediately assessed my cat so that they could decide if he needed to be seen straight away—thankfully, our issue wasn’t so serious, so we were able to wait. The vet who was handling the front desk kept checking up on us while we waited to make sure nothing had escalated, which was amazing as it was a super busy night. Considering the condition my kitten was in being in pain and clearly not well and having gone to the local vet paying $145 for a consult for them to just not do anything for her not even pain relief and tell me to go to emergency northlakes i have to say i was relieved when they actually gave her something for her pain and helped her im happy to say that she is thriving since treatment and doesnt have any brain issues just wanted to thank the staff of Northlakes for helping her n update shes doin very well
