Visit Doctor and made appointment for my dog to be spayed. Was agreed at the time that vaccination could be administered at the time of surgery. Day for surgery arrives and get up and have dog on site very early for surgery prep when nurse checking in says she doesn’t care what the doctor has said, that she will not admit my dog due to vaccination issue. No phone call to the doctor, just snide attitude and day wasted. I thought for sure the doctor would be consulted at the least.
Took my dog 11 02 21 she died 11 12 21 They failed her...she died a horrible death...and did not offer to help me when i called for assistance they turned me away 😔 She went in for hip and leg pain. Update. called no one available to talk too. update .. finally got a hold of someone spoke with dustin... No proper phone etiiqutte did not introduce himself very unprofessional Went ahead with my story about what happen to my dog..finally funny how they cant find no notes or my dogs chart... Looks like be waiting forever for re... read more
