One of the kindest and thorough vet we found in Tacoma!
Changed my review because of poor treatment during COVID. My cat was dying and they had the nerve to tell me I was not treating him properly. Thankfully I had taken him to Banfield and they were able to see what my concern was and helped me with putting him down. I have never been so distressed and heartbroken, there was no empathy here!! Sad because my mom went here for years and I did when I lived in Lakewood. Terrible treatment!!!
We love Dr. Romman and the Pet Doctor staff! They are caring and take time with us, answering questions and following up on any concerns. Most importantly, they always discuss a range of options for care, and make referrals, if necessary, to specialists that we have found just as professional and caring. Most recently, I called to see if she could see our BMD for an apparent eye infection and they squeezed us in the same day, and saw us promptly once we arrived.
