Wow. If I could i would give 0 stars. My dogs were regular clients since 2010 when this shop was opened on Broadway. Kevin did do a great job. A year ago, after he went mobile, I called he said he was booked for 9 months. All of 2018??Since my move close to central Tucson, he doesn’t return calls nor texts. Not even a call back to say he doesn’t want or need my business. So glad he is wealthy enough to be rude.
Booked solid for 6 months? Ya-right. That's what this clown told me.
I would give Kevin a 10 out of 5! My dogs love him! They come back looking and smelling absolutely wonderful! The only groomer I would ever use.
Staff is cool and friendly! Got us in and out in a timely manor, and my fur baby came out smelling clean and feeling super soft.
