The aquarium fish in the back seem neglected. Dead snails and fish corpses were not cleaned up. The plant selection was slim, and what they had did not seem healthy. Still better than Petsmart.
When this location first opened, I would have left 5 stars. However, the last few months, have been questionable with the open hours, and the HORRIBLE SMELL that smacks you in the face when the double doors open. What has happened? I guess we will take our pet business elsewhere. Let us know if you clean up and have normal business hours again. Ok, we will wait for reopening!
This place has seriously gone downhill. As soon as you enter you are absolutely assaulted by the overwhelming, burning smell of urine and feces. The last two times my wife and I have walked in my wife has had to go back to the car after immediately getting a horrible headache from the smell. I was only inside for 5 minutes and left smelling just like it. I can't imagine this is in any way healthy for the poor staff.
