Pet Degree was our vet for approximately 5 years and, while Dr Josh is great, the rest of the place is trash. I left a message on Saturday, March 1st asking if they had any openings that day for emergent Euthanasia for my 15 yr old dog. Not only did they not return a call (and yes, they were open til 3pm), but it is now Wednesday, 3/5/25, and I have STILL yet to receive a call back. If I could give a zero, I would. Awful ownership, awful ethics...heartbreaking for pet owners.
Avoid at all costs. I dunno where all these 5 star reviews are coming from.
Can’t really say anything but this i can say they don’t pick up the phone. So I am still looking for a vet for our dogs guess I’ll go elsewhere 😞
