They did everything they could do to help my baby Wayne. Staff is amazing and friendly, they treated my pup like family.
If I could give them zero stars I would. No one EVER answers the phone so don’t have an emergency! They will call back at times. My cat’s health was declining rapidly. They ran bloodwork which was inconclusive. Provided me with no diagnosis but gave me fluids to administer on my own through an IV at home. Called back, they gave me medication for Anemia. When my cat is loosing weight, lethargic, and not eating. My cat died today. Don’t choose this vet!
Below is my 15 year old Pom/Dox rescue. He isn't a fan of any vet but he is well treated at Pet Degree. They don't push expensive treatments unless necessary.
I really really like this place. They are so much better than my last vet. My dog is kinda difficult to work with a gets testy and aggressive, and the staff here is so positive and very very good at keeping my dog calm and stress free. They are great dealing with him. The vets are really informative and love To give great valuable free advice on preventative care. They really listen to you about your dogs issues and come up with good solutions. Edited my original review because when my mother’s dog needed care most they completely missed all the signs to help him. He ended up passing away due to issues with his heart that ended up effecting his breathing. With the correct vet care he would have still been here with us. We regret not taking him elsewhere for a second opinion.
