To start appointment for my cat was at 9:00am. Therefore I arrived a little early. Employees arrived but did not greet me as they seen and walked by me. It was more important to them to hold conversation among their selves. Now it’s 9:30am and I spoke up; I said my cat had an appointment at 9:00, it’s now 9:30. When will she be seen. They did everything they could do to help my baby Wayne. Staff is amazing and friendly, they treated my pup like family.

If I could give them zero stars I would. No one EVER answers the phone so don’t have an emergency! They will call back at times. My cat’s health was declining rapidly. They ran bloodwork which was inconclusive. Provided me with no diagnosis but gave me fluids to administer on my own through an IV at home. Called back, they gave me medication for Anemia. When my cat is loosing weight, lethargic, and not eating. My cat died today. Don’t choose this vet!
