This place was recommended by a friend. I was referred because my dog needed knee surgery. Dr Josh said steroids would work and no surgery needed. That was the only time there was any type of communication . Numerous unanswered phone calls along with messages not returned lasted several weeks. My dog injured her other knee in the meantime and now hobbles around while we wait for a surgery consultation at a different vet. Please don’t take a chance at this vet.
Unfortunately this place has gone down hill. It isn't really the actual vets as they seem knowledgeable, but most of the support staff in front office is terrible. 1. They almost NEVER answer the phone during their posted buisness hours. I have tried multiple times of day and very rarely does anyone pick up. Don't bother leaving a voicemail either because they never call you back. You just have to keep calling over and over and over until someone finally answers. 2.
