The other one star review hit it. Customer service is non-existent unless it has to do with billing. I have two questions..... Does the distribution center have a working phone number and how do you get a real person to talk to you?
Customer service is terrible, no one answers the phone at the distribution center. They then direct you to call a call center, which can't do anything because they moved all of the accounts to a different one. So I guess they didn't bother to tell the distribution center of the change. Called the other call center, they can't do anything but email the distribution center, so they may not get back to you until the end of the day. Circular service. Awful. They need to enable this review for zero stars.
