I came here to say goodbye to my dog before he was cremated because I was away when he passed. If it was not for the extreme kindness of the gentleman who was going to cremate him, I would not have been able to leave my dog’s side and know I’d never see him again. The man made me feel like he was going to take good care of him. It made the hardest situation of my life a tiny bit easier and I’ll never forget the good man.

I own a vet practice in Manhattan and we have been using this company for many years for my office, and now that it came time to say goodbye to my personal cat, I wanted to go in person so that I could get the ashes returned to me in the same day. When I arrived, there were 2 wonderful, sweet office cats that came up to me in the waiting room and made me feel so much better from that first moment.
