My dear 18 yr old Toy Poodle had to be put to sleep a week ago at our Veterinary in Mt Gilead Ohio. We decided to have Bon Bon Latte cremated with PCS. Our Veterinary took care of all this during this difficult time in our lives. We had Bon Bon back in 3 days with a very nice wooden box. It means so much to have her back home. I find peace from the reviews that my dear dog was well taken care of by the entire staff at PCS. I am grateful to everyone and yet still so heartbroken

Communication was absolutely horrible. We had to call 3 different days about our 18 year old cat’s ashes. We told them numerous times we wanted to pick her up and she still ended up on the truck to be delivered. Once we finally got to pick up her ashes there was absolutely zero apologies given. Will never use their services again. 1 star is too many.

These folks gave our kids serious respect and handling. Unlike a funeral home we used in the past. We highly recommend these folks.

Pet cremation of Columbus was nothing but kind and gentle while going through the process of losing our Charlie. We tragically lost him and had to put him down at our local animal hospital. Pet cremation called me just two days later saying he was ready, and they hand delivered him to me with a wonderful card and paw print straight to my door. He was so sweet and asked about Charlie and you could tell he truly cared. I will never use a different pet cremation service. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.

Unfortunately we had to use pet cremation services, however we received great service and attention from carrying sympathetic people that took great care of our Princess. I highly recommend them for their services if you are in need of them!
