PCS handled the cremation of our beloved dog through MedVet Diley Hill-we received his cremains, paw print, card, and fur clipping one week after he passed. Delivered to our door by Jeremiah who was very kind and professional-despite the terrible circumstances, this was a positive experience because of the promptness, kindness, and professionalism
Unfortunately, our pet passed away at home on a Saturday evening before a snow storm. We were told by Medvet that we could not take him directly to this facility, which I imagine could have saved us money. Because of the storm, our pet was left at Medvet until Tuesday, although Medvet told us he was picked up on Sunday. Communication was very poor, and only contacted by PCS after we made calls. This service goes above and beyond. After having to say goodbye to our beloved cat, Ashes, this service took care of everything. They hand delivered everything to our home and asked how long we had him. The box that the ashes are in is absolutely beautiful. They included a fur clipping and an amazing paw impression that we were not expecting. Having these items to memorialize our pet, is priceless.
