I came here to get my service dog cremated and there was a lady that worked there was very rude I reported her for getting very rude and smart with me and the only thing they said was the boss reported it to corporate and the lady told me to quit crying like a baby that it is just a dog this place I highly recommend that people do not use this cremation for your lost love pets they are very rude and very unprofessional

I been told it will takes 3-5 days. I got the call on the 4th days. Thank you for the fast processed and accurate estimated time frame. My dear Oreo, mommy appreciate you been in my life for 16 years.

They all were very nice to me...I brought in a stray cat that was hit by a car and they helped me take care of him. Thank you for your kindness!

I am beyond pleased with PCS. Jessica was one of the sweetest people I have ever dealt with and I cannot thank them enough. Jessica helped turn my tragic loss of my sweet Shelby into such a caring comforting experience. I would rate this establishment with a million stars if I could. Thank you so much for all your love and care to me and my precious Shelby. Her urn is beautiful, her paw print, the blooming heart, the card..oh my goodness im overwhelmed with your generosity. Thank you. ❤️

I work at Kettering Animal Hospital, we have been with them for years and they are wonderful! But, I really want to write a review based on my experience. I cant thank them enough for what they did with my kitty Mr. Moe you folks are really the best. The wooden box is beautiful with the design on top. Thank you so so much! I highly recommend!
