we use to go there all the time but since letting Joanne go I have switched to a different store. Management here is inconsistent and bullyish.
Firing Joanne was a pretty extreme thing to do, considering so many people have counted on her to take care of their pets for so many years. I would shop at least once a month because of Joanne and her great services, but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere now.
Joanne was a great groomer.
