Absolutely amazing. We are new to the area and found out our dogs seizure medication would not transfer from texas to VA. We didn’t know that till a Saturday morning. They squeezed us in for an exam and to establish care with their office. Their staff has been amazing all around. From the gentlemen at reception, the tech that took his history, and Dr. Reese. I was very happy with my visit! They were able to work me in the next day as a new patient with my sick cat. They came highly recommended by Angels of Assisis in Roanoke. They were kind and informative and treated my cat without all the unnecessary upcharges! I drove an hour and a half to see them and would do it again! Thankyou very much to Dr. Lorens!
