Absolutely do not buy anything from this company. I ordered a dog backpack. It was far too small. I wanted to exchange for a bigger size and pay the difference but not exchange or return. All they offered was a credit that I will never use! Stay away from them.
Have been a loyal customer for a number of years. Go to place a repeat order and all of a sudden there's an issue with delivery address. As error message suggests, try clearing and re-entering - doesn't work. Try on mobile and desktop - still doesn't work. Jump on chat, representative offers to place order but can't tell me why the error has now just appeared but will raise with support. No thanks. Have taken this order elsewhere, accepted the same delivery address with no issues, and whole order was cheaper.
Ordered tablets for my dogs itchy coat at 350pm and arrived 9am next morning! Very happy, free shipping also.
Arguably the worst online ordering experience I’ve had in my 28 years. Overnight order turned into 10 days and then they delivered 1 of 7 correct items and dog food when we have a cat? Boycott this place
