I’ve been purchasing cat food for 4 years+ and the service I have received from Pet Circle has been outstanding. Orders are delivered promptly and queries are responded to within a very short time. If there has been an issue, it has been resolved quickly and staff have been very supportive.
Why advertise free next delivery if realistically it takes you 10 days?
Definitely not next day delivery as website clearly states. When I messaged I was asked to use chat function and they said it would be days or the next week. First time ordering and thank goodness they refunded as will not bother again. Ordered same products at Petbarn and had husband collected order an hour later. Now that is real service. Looking at comments this is far from an isolated issue.
Waited 10 days for delivery only for them to cancel my order. Absolute joke.
Very disappointed. New customer here. First & only order. Ordered 2 products. 1 delivered 6 days later. 2nd we’re still waiting on 10 days later. Gone from excuses to no communication from company. Originally chose Pet Circle for convenience, nothing but inconvenienced. Do not recommend.
