I placed an order, 10 days later still had not received the order, I had to contact support multiple times. They never answered my questions, kept telling me to wait. After contacting support for the third time, they decided to cancel the order and process a new order. I have not received the new order, contacted support yesterday and they said I should receive it today. Still not received, contacted support again to be told to wait. I placed an order at 6:00 in the evening, and I accidentally placed the order twice. Completely my fault, however I was able to get onto someone who cancelled one of the orders and refunded the duplicate payment straight away. Fantastic customer service, thank you.

Amazing experience with PetCircle! I ordered a pram for my dog at 3pm and it arrived the next day! Staff were so kind and helpful and the pram is the best quality I have ever seen. I highly recommend this company :)
