Very disappointed. New customer here. First & only order. Ordered 2 products. 1 delivered 6 days later. 2nd we’re still waiting on 10 days later. Gone from excuses to no communication from company. Originally chose Pet Circle for convenience, nothing but inconvenienced. Do not recommend.

For the second time in a row I've been dudded by Pet Circle! The first time their nxt day delivery took 5 days! Two days after ordering, my products were still sitting in their warehouse! Same again this time! I ordered last week & my goods are still in the warehouse! Never again. Shonks!

I don’t think I have ever dealt with a Company with such a Fantastic ethos in relation to both the company itself and the Employees. I have been a Customer of Pet Circle for many years purchasing Products for my Assistance Dog Homer and my Cat Bart and have been astounded with their Processing and Delivery times. I made a mistake with my order. Notified the team via email and they got back to me promptly and made it totally stress free for me to return/refund and order again. They even covered the cost of return shipping which was above and beyond in my opinion given it was my mistake. Earned my loyalty. Will be setting up recurring orders. Thanks again!
