I used to tell anyone that would listen that Petcircle was well priced with super fast shipping... that was a year ago. Now they can't even ship it before its supposed to have been delivered. But if you want to cancel that order that hasn't even left their warehouse? Oh no we have to have it intercepted by the courier... the same courier company that doesn't have the order that petcircle has shipped!!! Honestly, I won't bother with these guys any more, good luck to anyone else that tries
We used them for many years and have had a very positive experience with them: from auto-deliveries to one-off orders. Their website ordering system improved over time, now it allows more than one address for your deliveries. You can select which one to use next, no need to type in the whole address.
Don’t trust the reviews on Pet Circle website - they are moderated and censored. Slow to ship. Bad customer service (min 72 hour response time). Incorrect measurement instructions provided on website for dog booties. Difficult returns process. No physical stores. My dog needs boots for post-surgery and Pet Circle failed me and let us down. I no longer care about the returns process. I give up and am going to Bunnings to buy some correct sized dog boots in person! Avoid Pet Circle.
My darling girl Rottie passed away on Sunday. Thankyou to Pet Circle for your caring and compassionate assistance with managing and cancelling her auto-delivery purchases. My heart felt gratitude to you. What a wonderful company to deal with!
Great service and super quick delivery. Will be ordering frequently from now on. I have two cats and it works out cheaper to order from here, glad I got recommended by a friend. My two furbabies absolutely love when it is pet circle delivery day
