Jasmine's tone was both dismissive and unhelpful. Throughout the entire interaction, she displayed a consistently negative attitude and was notably uncooperative with both me and my dog. After reading other reviews, it appears that the clinic offers discounts in exchange for 5 star ratings, an offer I was never given, which raises concerns about the authenticity of their feedback. We had such a great experience here! We had just adopted our dog and realized he needed a rabies shot before his grooming appointment — which was in less than an hour. I called last minute, and they were so kind and accommodating, fitting us in right away. The staff was incredibly friendly and understanding of my time crunch, and they made sure everything was handled quickly without making me feel rushed. I’m so grateful for their compassion and efficiency — they turned a stressful day into a smooth one. Highly recommend!
