I went there yesterday with my 4 month old shih poo I told her that it is only going to be his second haircut I asked for a teddy bear haircut medium with short on the legs the belly and the paws because he gets grass seed in his paws I pick him up 3 hours laterand it looks like nothing I asked for I think I'm going to go back to the PetSmart where I got better results came out looking like a poodle

I asked Rhonda,please don’t shave my dog… When I picked it up she was bloodied again!!! Pet Chalet should close down!!! BAD BUSINESS !!!
She does a nice job and she's good at scheduling your dogs done when she says it'll be done reasonably priced
My girl is difficult because of her anxiety. They were wonderful, we'll be back
