Had a dog abandoned near my home, they scanned his chip for free & were very friendly.
I have been using Petcare clinic for over 15 yrs. This clinic has an outstanding group of professionals that take care of your pets. Dr's. Nick and Ken Zimmerman are the best!!!
They are fast, efficient, and caring with our cats.
The customer service at this location is incredibly rude and unprofessional. While the older woman with red hair was very pleasant, the other blonde staff member on duty was so disrespectful that I will never return. Management needs to address this staff member's behavior."
