I just moved into the area and was in need of vet for my boxer's vaccines. Pet care was a great find. Dr. Sartin and his staff were great with me and Sadie. He answered all my questions and did the most complete exam Sadie has ever had. I had called around before I went and Pet care was the best price in the area and it was worth it. I recommend them to anyone in the midtown area.

Petcare Professionals but Amateurs in Every Other Sense – Is it possible to give someone negative stars??? Although satisfied with the overall quality of care, the front office operations are run by total amateurs. In some cases, they were just plain dishonest and unscrupulous. These people do not belong in business and should be ashamed of themselves. While the vets do seem to care deeply for animals, Pet Care Professionals seems to view their human clients as walking dollar signs and nothing more.

Pet Care Professionals is AWESOME – Our pets have been seeing the folks at Pet Care Professionals for many years now. The staff are all very friendly and you can tell they love animals. It is especially evident when dropping your pets off for a weekend at the kennel. Our dogs are always happy to see the folks at Pet Care. We had to put our precious golden retriever Watkins to sleep several years ago. The staff was so sweet and understanding. They sent us a card instead of a bill. What precious people! Caring and concerned professionals! – Newly arrived in Memphis, we needed a vet for our terrier who had picked up an infection somewhere between here and Arizona. Our new neighbors recommended Dr. Beaumont and Dr. Jeff. We called, the dog was seen almost immediately, and we were very pleased that Dr. Jeff was so kind and professional. Great Place I was coming from Texas and needed to kennel my black lab. She got the kennel cough shot and had an allergic reaction. Even though i had to spend a little extra time in Memphis, they addressed my concerns with respect and professionalism. And, they treated the allergy at no extra charge. The receptionists were kind and patient. If you live in Memphis or just passing through, I highly recommend them.

Overpriced and will take advantage of vulnerable situations. Avoid All The Costs and at all costs!!! – After over 21 years of taking our pets to Pet Care Professionals on Union Ext. I we will never take another step into this place. Last year we took a new puppy for her 3 month shots. We were charged over $160 while my mother in law took the sister puppy to a different vet and paid $55 for the exact same shots. After contacting the vet via a very rude receptionist I might add and a 2 week delay in responding to our complaint... read more

Vet with a Big Heart! Dr. Sally Beaumont has taken care of our pets since I was a small child. They take wonderful care of our pets, provide great education and information, and treat you like family. We have boarded our animals there and they have a great time! The facilities are clean and inviting and they also have a good selection of high end pet supplies. The vets and the vet techs here are first rate.
