This place is RIDICULOUS, DO NOT RECOMMEND. Its a shame because because DR Scott is a kind , personable & overall a good Dr i believe. But the office lady's rude, disingenuous and deceitful nature are to much to overcome. I asked for a SIMPLE estimate on what something they do everyday would cost, they refused to give me an answer. They're playing games, they know exactly what they charge but in some slimy used car salesman type of technique they demand a appointment to then tell you the cost. Way over priced!!! I drove an hour and a half because I moved away. In February 2025, I paid 450 for a Lyme's test kennel cough,and rabies vaccine for my dog and she HAD to be sedated.. she was not an aggressive dog just a little scared. When she tested positive they suggested another 350 dollar blood test to see how far it progressed. I had to decline but I really did want to.Not everyone has that sort of $. I even applied for care credit and scratch pay. They would not allow private payments. I also requested my dogs recor... read more
Dr. Scott Johns has always taken care of our animals with the utmost care and concern. I also appreciate his conservative approach to medicine, where he tries the least invasive and usually most cost effective intervention, first!
