Got a policy from them, cancelled it a few days later, got confirmation of it being cancelled....and they're continuing to bill me monthly. . Called to speak to someone in Billing about getting the charges credited and they said "we're a remote company so we don't have a Billing Dept." Shady....
Kate helped me out soon as I was free, but their customer service is oriented well in their knowledge and provided me with answers in great detail. I just started my small pet waste removal business, but building this type of relationship early on shows me all I need for when I need help. Excellent all across the board, and I’d recommend anyone here!
