My first and only kitty boy Rocket started having seizures and was just gone mentally. They made his journey over the rainbow, quick and painless. The empathy and sympathy they showed was so wonderful. I also received a personally signed card in the mail from the doctor and staff sending their condolences. When I’m ready to have another pet of any sort I won’t go anywhere else.
Everyone that you will meet at this establishment is so kind & caring. I felt comfortable leaving my dog there to have surgery on her teeth. They did great with her!
My dogs name was spelled incorrectly on his urn and certificate. My mom called the same day he was put down and left a message and of course they never checked the messages or gave her a call back. I've called twice amd haven't heard back so that they can provide me with who I need to speak to to get this fixed. For as much money as we pay for our pets they should have given us a call back or directed us in the right direction immediately. The care and concern shown to me, my family and especially my fur baby during the horrible ordeal of having my girl euthanized was absolutely outstanding.
