I had an appointment for just a tech visit for 10:30 at this location to have my dog’s glucose sensor put in. I have visited this location with this pet before as well as the Metairie location. I arrived at 10:20, a girl came out and told me to “wait I have things going on” before I could check in. 10 minutes later, another pet came in and after waiting about another 5 minutes we were both checked in. The doc was very thorough and showed concern For my dog and he even called to check on my dog Then ask how we were doing.

It's a shame I only have the option of leaving 1 Star, as opposed to my actual experience of 0 Stars. I was not pleased with the service provided at this location. I brought my sick cat here, and the only remedy was to do a blood test and various other procedures that were not properly explained to me. The only reason the "doctor" even came in the exam room at all, was because I requested to learn more about the $360 recommended tests they automatically wanted to run. Dr. Pelligrin is so caring and intuitive. He seemed to be able to talk directly to our senior cat who is overall very ill. He knew that Diego needed more emergent care than he could provide and called ahead for us to be referred to MedVet. Truly the whole staff was loving and concerned for Diego and had his best interest and our financial Interests in mind. Top notch!
