Finally found "my vet". Great vibe and loved the approach. Not pushy and they get the job done. All around great, friendly and very knowledgeable staff.
Everything from making the appointment, to the staff helping me get my cat to the clinic (relaxing meds) to the tech and vet was wonderful!! I was very stressed because he doesn’t leave the house and I was worried that he would be traumatized. The opposite happened! He didn’t even realize that shots had been given to him! Wonderful, caring experience all around.
I love this place! Everyone here goes above and beyond—like, Olympic-level above and beyond. Dr. Brett actually listened when I brought my 2-year-old pup in because he was acting off. Some folks might’ve written me off as an overdramatic, helicopter dog dad (guilty), but not here. Turns out my little guy has Addison’s Disease. Would’ve been nice if he could’ve just told me what was wrong—maybe shot me a text—but alas, we had to go the diagnostic route. Pet Care Center was so patient and thorough.
