Ruby was groomed. She looks great! Great experience with personnel. We will be back.
Extremely Disappointed and Deeply Concerned I had a terrible experience at this groomer. I dropped off my two dogs for grooming, and when I returned, my poodle was brought out with blood on his head. Even more shocking — they tried to hand me someone else’s dog. My actual dog had been given to the wrong person and was no longer in the building. Throughout this, the owner took zero accountability.
