My daughter unfortunately had an accident in my car. I called a few places for estimates and Pet came in right around the average. Recommended by a friend, i went with Pet. Took a couple days longer than expected, but was due to the extra damage from the accident. When i got my car back...it looked great!! I really appreciate the extra effort Pet put forward to make my car look as good as before the accident, and the customer service was outstanding. Will definitely recommend to others.
I would no longer recommend this shop. I had some repair work done on my truck — while they handled the insurance process well, their customer service and workmanship were disappointing. I specifically had some fairings repainted and explained that the previous paint was peeling. Kent assured me they would redo the job properly and that the results would be “better than before.” However, within two days, the paint began cracking and peeling again. Pet Auto Body just did the hail damage on my work van. They did a amazing job!!! It's like it just rolled off the lot. They are very easy to get along with and they are very quick to respond to email or phone calls. Will be using them for our other work van. Highly recommend them!!
I had my 24 western star was backed into up in Calgary. Kenton and the crew had the truck for a week. (Other shops told me it would take 2-4 weeks) I can't thank you guys enough!!!
