An absolute scam! Very difficult to cancel. No cancel option on their website. Rarely will show negative reviews if any. Beware!

I see that upon receiving a request from you to process your cancellation we processed cancellation within 1.5 hours and replied to your email. In addition, you were sent a confirmation email for your records. I'm sorry again for the inconvenience you experienced.
First off, I never leave reviews, anywhere. Let me say that this company went above and beyond to help me. I went into my local vet, that is under their participating vets list, to get my new puppy her first checkup/shots/etc. There was some confusion at the checkout. The receptionist told me they do not accept that card. I tried to explain to her that it was not insurance (she kept referring to it as insurance and telling me I need to get a hold of them for a reimbursement). This is a great product and I use it for all of the pets in my home. It more than pays for itself. The website is easy to use and customer service when you call is excellent. There really is no downsize to Pet Assure.
