The place is a potential fraud. I specifically requested to return my dog’s TPLO hardware upon cremation as a keepsake (all documented stainless steel and titanium hardware with serial numbers). They didn’t return a thing claiming that it didn’t survive the cremation process. Well, the hardware is made of stainless steel and titanium and if you are familiar with physics even slightly, you’d know that it survives the temperatures even above 3000F. Ok so I called Crevasse last week when my sweet sweet boy Sammy passed away unexpectedly (our kitty). I was very upset when I called & whomever answered the phone was RUDE. I asked her about a private cremation & the process since I haven't been there before. She seemed like she was annoyed with me &/or with my questions. I was crying & I apologized for crying. This is one of those places you don’t think about until you need them. I am so grateful for Anne and her team - they handled every facet of our sweet Brodie’s departure with unending empathy and gave her the utmost dignity. Then again with our sweet Addie a few months later. Pet Angels has perfected this process to be seamless and streamlined to give us the solace to grieve in peace.
