Very caring people. I highly recommend them.
They attempt to rip you off with urn options. The "complementary urn" is just a cardboard tube. Put my cat's ashes in a sealed "ash scattering" cardboard tube. I can't even open it to put his ashes in a better vessel and it sounds like they're not even bagged.
Kind, responsive staff. The costs are very reasonable and knowing your pet is being cared for in their transition brings peace.
