Was at the Orlando Pet Alliance today and witnessed very shocking disrespect from the staff. I overheard a young lady explaining to the front desk that she was told over the phone she could bring her puppy at 11:30 for shots. The staff dismissed her, saying the person on the phone was wrong and that they were leaving for lunch at 12:30. She explained she had driven over 50 minutes and her puppy was panting in the car, asking politely for help or even just a cup of water.
