My mom recently used Pestward for a rodent problem and I am blown away at the professionalism of this company. Everything they do is written down in a nice neat format that is easy to understand with pictures. They send you an invoice after every job and detail exactly what they did, time in and time out. They guarantee their work and will not stop until the job gets done, and when you're dealing with raccoons it can take a while. We have been using Pestward for sometime. Every time we need plumbing issues they have sorted us out in a very timely manner. We are looking forward to using their other services this year.
