Let me tell you! Terrial saved my life! I came home from work to scorpions inside the light fixture in my closet. Ohh, I panicked! I called Terrial and he planned a quick day trip to Dallas. He came and removed ALL of them for me. He also sprayed both inside and outside of my home. I haven’t had a problem since! He is reliable, has a quick response time and a true life saver!
Terrial, the owner of Pest R Us Exterminating drove 5 hours from Galveston Texas to Plano Texas to service our home. We had the little Sack worms everywhere. My family was afraid to go outside in the backyard. It was just that bad. He also noticed that we had Rats dropping in the backyard and he put down Rat boxes. I just started using Pests R Us so I don’t have any feedback regarding extermination yet. BUT, the customer service is top notch. Terrial got me on their schedule super fast and Irvin was friendly, outgoing, and thorough. I’ve signed up for quarterly service and look forward to a pest free home!
