I purchased two packets of the ant pest treatment AntAttract Pro. It cost me $130 with delivery, and did nothing to attract / kill ants. The product is worthless. I contacted Pestrol and asked to exchange the product for one I used before which did work and they refused. I checked the Use By date on the box and found they were selling stock that was 6 months out of date. AVOID AVOID AVOID. The company also appears to delete negative reviews from their website!
Terrible customer service. I didn’t receive my parcel and it took them weeks to respond to my email. I finally spoke with someone from the admin team who confirmed my order was shipped to the wrong address. She initially offered a refund then changed her mind turning the blame on me. She also told me to go knock on door of the address where the parcel was inadvertently shipped and to ask for it. Shocking! The electronic pest rodent and roach device is useless in pet safe mode! We had rodents in our roof & thos device did NOTHING, there was literaly a german roach crawlin on the device at one stage while it was on. Waste of money.
Fabulous product, customer service and prompt delivery to Melbourne. It was very difficult to find good quality nesting boxes anywhere in Melbourne. Some of them were made from composite material which would not have lasted very long outdoors. This nesting box was of solid ply construction, easy to assemble and paint (for added protection), and was easy to hang on a tree trunk. All I needed was a coat hanger wire.
