We used their service to exterminate roaches in our condo and they have done fabulous job. They came on the agreed date and time on first round and did intensive spray in kitchen and bathroom and some area of living room. And within 2 weeks we could see dead roaches here and there and we followed their instructions after spray. We called then yesterday to help us with second round, they confirmed the date and time on phone and were exact on time the very next day - today. Asif is such a nice guy! I always call him for pest control needs. He would also suggest things needed to be done go get rid of pests.
